We’re not farmers, and we’re not from farming families. But vineyard planting and operations have been embraced by our friends + family as we learn from industry experts as we go.

Paul is a Chef by trade, and Sara is a registered Architect. We love being outdoors and spending time with our dogs, Bella and Poppy.

Prossers Ridge is more than a vineyard to us. Together we have catered events at many rural properties in Tasmania and now have somewhere to call our own, and to share with you.

Our property is already available to book for camping via Hipcamp (checkout the Camping tab) and we look forward to future events to be held on the ridge.
